Return Policy
TJMaxx's Returns Policy
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or regrets.
- We gladly exchange goods purchased from our store.
- If a return is accepted the item must be returned within 7 days with the original tags and in as new condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage and to ensure the item is packed for suitable return with all tags attached.
- It is at the sellers discretion to send either a replacement or offer an exchange on the item.
Exchanging your garments:
For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will EXCHANGE the garments providing that:
- The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*.
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt.
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we cannot supply the identical style we will offer an exchange of another item of the customer’s choice for the same value.
To ensure that the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner please contact our Customer Service department by email (customerservice@tjmaxx.com.au) where we will advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify the problem. When returning faulty products the customer must include the original packaging as well as the delivery receipt.
Please note, when purchasing pantyhose, adhesive and silicone products we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Excluding exchanges for damaged goods & incorrectly sent orders, exchanges may incur a $7.95 postage fee.
* Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.

What do I do if my Bras or Underwear are damaged?
We are committed to providing quality bras, underwear and lingerie to you, our customers. However, if you should receive a faulty product, we will either exchange it or refund your purchase by crediting the account or credit card you used for your original purchase.
What do I do if my Bras or Underwear are lost by the Courier?

What do I do if I wish to return an Item/s?
In accordance with Australian Health Regulations, we do not permit the return of intimate apparel such as hosiery, adhesive and silicone bras and items of like nature. Products will not be accepted for return that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
Exceptions will only be made for lingerie resizing providing that the item has not been worn and is returned in a saleable condition with all the labels and tags still attached. Monetary refunds are not offered, but we can provide you with a credit to allow you to purchase other items of the same value from this store. These items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
