Postage within Australia

All items shipped within Australia are posted using Australia Post Express satchels.

Our postage charge is a flat fee of $7.50 for every 5 items up to 15 items. More than 15 items is $30.00

Postage to countries outside of Australia (International Shipping)

Up to 3 items AUD$19.95

Up to 6 items AUD$29.95

Up to 9 items AUD$39.95

Gift wrapping is available – please email us with the details. This service is free.

All items are wrapped discreetly with only our address on the package.

All items in stock are posted within 2 business days of payment being cleared.

A business day is Monday – Friday and does not including Public Holidays.

Items which are not in stock require 14-28 days for delivery. If our supplier is out of stock, you will be advised within 5 days. You will be offered a refund or the opportunity to choose another style from our shop.

You will be advised once your order has been dispatched.

Who is responsible for any Customs Fees & Import Duties?

When shipping internationally your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. TJMaxx does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
